The biggest game in America is on this weekend at Atlanta’s magnificent Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Patriots and Rams die-hard fans will be cheering and enjoying the game in absolute comfort. We are proud to have supplied a mix of 68,000 Quantum 850 Bare, Forte & Activa chairs for this iconic event.
This state-of-the-art home of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons and MLS side Atlanta United designed by HOK, which opened in 2017 and features a unique circular retractable roof and halo-like digital video screen, features a quartet of Camatic Seating offerings.
That starts with a more generously proportioned choice for general-admission areas, the Quantum 850, which comprises just over 55,000 seats. “Normally general admission seats are squeezed in at 19 inches,” explains Camatic Seating Inc senior vice president Ken Griffiths. “The majority of these seats are 20 inches. It’s a little extra comfort, but it makes a difference.” At the club level, there are just over 7,500 of the Forte chair, which at 22 inches provides not only an extra room but a variety of additional options such as embroidered and embossed branding. There are also just over 2,000 fold-down versions of the Forte chair, which are part of an array of retractable seating at the corners of the venue, as part of its soccer configuration (Mercedes Benz Stadium has set MLS attendance records). Camatic also provided approximately 3,500 of its high-end suite chair, the Activa, which is fully upholstered with embroidered logos on the back and headrest and a generous 22 to 23-inch size.
